The Challenge
Just ask Dr. Christine Palmay, a family physician with her own practice in Toronto, who experienced an issue with missing lab results. Concerned for her patients’ welfare and frustrated at not knowing who to call to find out what happened, she contacted OMD Advisor, Carolina Roppa, for help.

Despite the issue being outside the scope of OMD Advisors, Carolina went the extra mile to facilitate the conversation between the lab and Dr. Palmay, sparing the doctor time she would have spent on the phone with the lab and the stress of further administrative burden.
